The Roma Medical 1630 Car Transit Wheelchair is a durable and well-built transit chair which comes with a wide array of features, making it a versatile and quality wheelchair.

The 1630 transit wheelchair comes with detachable desk arms for ease of transfer and storage, a fold down back and swing away height adjustable footrests with heel loops.  This transit wheelchair is of very sturdy construction with a maximum user weight of 18 stone and has a progressive parking braking system.

In order to ensure a comfortable ride for the user the Roma 1630 comes with padded armrests and a nylon upholstery which is easy to clean and flame retardant.  This transit chair also features 8" (20cm) front wide profile p u tyre swivel castors for easy manoeuverability and 12" (30cm) puncture proof tyres at the rear.

As with all Roma Medical wheelchairs, the 1630 transit wheelchair has been successfully crash tested to ensure it meets current criteria for a safe wheelchair.
