The Roma Medical 5423 Bed Support Rail manufactured from plastic coated steel with a chrome plated adjustable handle. A quality multi function bed grab support rail that can either be fitted directly to your bed frame or fixed to the floor with its floor fixing clamps which are sold seperately (either short or long clamps). Please also be aware that this support rail is not suitable for electrical/adjustable beds.
