The Roma Medical 5410 Extra High 4 Bar Bed Rails - Divan Type side rails are designed for a divan style bed.  These side rails are made from chrome plated steel and are designed to accommodate users who have an extra high mattress or a pressure relief mattress on top of a standard mattress for added safety.  The bed rails also feature adjustable cross braces so they can fit either a single or double bed as well as being able to extend to the full length of the bed.  Clamps at the base of the rail rotate when either lowering or raising the rails.
