The Roma Medical 5422 Pillow Lift has an epoxy coated steel frame.  Unlike a mattress elevater, this device enables the user to lift and lower one person on a double bed to the desired position, without disturbing the other person. 

The 5422 is an electrically powered pillow lift operated with an easy to use hand control with a maximum user weight of 255kgs/40st.  An emergency battery back up is provided in case of power loss and features a padded, flame retardant mattress to ensure excellent comfort for the user.
